Incredible...got your re-released CD..popped it into car..and voila! It is JUST as familiar as it was last time I played the LP which was probably about 15 yrs ago! Very eerie how I remember the music so clearly..each note, drums, horns, lyrics..just sounds great. Of course, I used to play the LP and tape over and over and over...your music is timeless. I remember the FIRST live band I heard was when you and Steve Bassett played at the Byrd Theatre..what a show that was... Thanks for the great music!

I used to check you out Thursday nights (Ladies Nite) at 117 South Main in B'burg back in the 70's. I still have my original copy of 2 B's please and have played it to everyone from my son to my girlfriend's grandaughter. Some music is timeless. Candy Apple Red and Sweet Virginia Breeze are great. Keep me posted on where you will be playing, especially if you ever make it up to the DC area. Thanks

" I grew up in a space age scene, along with surfboards and the American Dream. Oh I never went steady with the homecomming queen, of course I never was captain of the football team. I wish those days were back again, oh do you remeber when? Those days of candy apple red. Yeah. " Robbin, it's been a long time since I've enjoyed a Sweet Virginia Breeze. I'll look you up the next time I'm in the Commonwealth. Do me a favor and say hello to some of my old friends for me.

I'm originally from Raleigh, NC. I loved the 2B's album and basically wore it out. For years I could not find a replacement. I did however come across a live CD of yours a few years ago but gave it to my sister as she loves your music as well. I again could not find another replacement until I found the CD Baby web site. I will try your new CD after I wear grooves in the 2B's Please CD I just bought. Thanks Robbin, Bart.....

I just received your CD versions of (two "b's" please) and Out on the Chesapeake. I grew up in NC and my husband introduced me to your music in the early 90's when I moved to VA. He spent many Sat. nights listeing to your music at the Coffee Pot in Roanoke and I can see why. Your music is uplifting, easy to sing to and fun. Thanks for putting these out on CD. I have to admit his cassettes were getting old.

I am a VA girl sidetracked in Alabama. I get to come home once a year. Two years ago, my friends and I saw you play in Newport News - it was the first time I had seen you perform since "2 B's please" I really enjoyed the show and I am hoping to get to see you perform again on my next trip. 'Out on the Cheasapeake" helps when I am homesick. Thanks for the tunes.

Lived in Virginia all my life until the last two years when my job included a move to NJ. I went to most of your concerts including the Poquoson Seafood Festival and Harborfest as well as the acoustic sets at Abbey Road. Also saw "The Famous Unknowns" concert and bought the CD. While visiting family over the holidays, I heard your new as yet unreleased song Chesapeake Moon and loved it. Let me know when the new CD is released. I'm currently trying to replace my old albums of your music with CD's. I still travel to Richmond and Norfolk and I was wondering where I could find your CD's in those areas. Also, I would love to see you record "Till the bars burn down". I heard you sing it at Harborfest years ago and I bought the J.D. Souther version, but you did it better. I miss getting the opportunity to hear you live.

I didn't buy 2 B's please when it was out, and I lived in Va Beach. Been scouring the Web for several years looking for the LP, and bang, shows up because someone ELSE misspelled your name (Robin vs Robbin) on your website. Very Kewl! I'm ordering tomorrow. Now if I can just find "The States" I'll be home free! Good Luck!
