Robbin
Hope this finds you well. We're having a big blow out Saturday, November 24th. Five bands, pig roast, steamed clams, oysters, etc. etc. Come join us...expecting a huge contingency from Deltaville. Give us a call, I'll pick you up at the harbor. Talk to you soon, Joe |

Hello from an old friend and fan. Good to hear that you're still around and making good music. Saw the article in the T-D Flair section a while back about your men's coffee group and got a chuckle out of it. Would love to know of a gig nearby (how 'bout the North Pole?) and come to hear you for old times sake...may have to buy 2 Bs Please on CD. All the best always,

Enjoyed your op-ed piece..and the song. Been a fan of your music
for quite a while. You probably get this a lot, but I have some songs I'd
appreciate some advice/critique on. You and I met once and you said the music
business "was the most corrupt business in the world". Judging from the crap
I see them putting out (eminem, etc) I think you're right.
If you get a minute, I'd greatly appreciate any advice on where to go with my material.
Thanks a lot. CW Moody 218-0427 |

Caught your OP/ED in the T-D this am...so now you're a published writer! Love the newest CD..."Lights" reminds me of Lyle Lovett. One of my fondest memories...I grew up in Chesterfield and started going to bars in Richmond at 16! Would catch you on occasion. Left town in '85 and didn't get home until '92! First day back I called up old friends and they took me to Friday Cheers. Standing in the crowd, every few minutes seeing an old friend and ROCKING to "Candy Apple" and "South-Side Boys" as you and Bassett put on a great show! I was HOME! Thanks for the memories! |

Robbin,
Got hooked on your music in the late '70s while growing up in Hampton, VA. Loved "Candy Apple Red" (I really DID go steady with the homecoming queen!). Was able to get a copy of 2 "B's" please sent to me by the gents at Birdland Records in Va Beach. So here I sit in South Korea, diggin' memories from the "good ol' days" when I lived on the peninsula - thanks to you. Keep up the good sounds. jhn |

I could not get the song to play but I'm sure its as great as all the others. I remember going to Peabody's at the Beach in the early 70's climbing upstairs and tumbling down stairs after your shows. Great times as I'm sure they are now when you play. Keep it up and hope to "hear" you soon. |

Robbin,
As usual you continue to amaze me. "Wouldnt Wanna Be You"
Is pure RT. In addition, it's message is scripted in such a way that raises goosebumps when I hear it. Hope the thing with the collaborative CD works out. Let me know when it's available to purchase through what ever source.

I have heard raves about your new song "Wouldn't wanna be you" but, when I tried to play it from your web site, it just skipped. Couldn't get it clear.
I plan on buying the new CD that is to benefit the terrorist victims of September 11th. God Bless you and rock on! |

My husband and I heard your song on Lite98 (Bill Bevin's Morning Show) a few times this week. I was glad to find you offer the song in .mp3 format. 'Wouldn't want to be...' is a GREAT song and made me cry the first time I heard it driving on I-95 to work the other morning. Hope you have a lot of national success with this one !
